We understand how frustrating it can be if you are having issues viewing the videos or logging in. 
Please follow our Step-by-Step instructions below that address common issues.  
 
If you try all of the solutions below and still cannot view the videos,
please do not register for the class.
 
 
With so many variables, we cannot offer individual technical support via email.
 
For Video Playback and Login Issues try the following:

**IF VIDEOS ARE SLUGGISH
If videos are simply sluggish for you, lower the resolution on the video
 
1. CLEAR YOUR WEB BROWSER'S CACHE
This corrects 99% of issues.  Don't know how to clear your cache?  CLICK HERE
Once cleared, close your web browser and open it again.
 
2. YOU ARE SEEING AN OOOPS! MESSAGE WHERE THE VIDEO PLAYS
Sometimes, our video host Vimeo.com gets overloaded.  Come back in a few hours and try again.
 
3. OPEN OUR SITE IN A DIFFERENT WEB BROWSER
If you have multiple browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) try to view the videos or Login in another browser.  There are known issues with our video host Vimeo.com on Firefox and Microsoft EDGE.
 
Be sure you are using the latest version of your preferred browser.  For more info on specific requirements, visit Vimeo.com
 
 
4. TRY ANOTHER DEVICE
Have another internet compatible device (phone, tablet, etc.)?  See if you can view the videos/Login from the new device.  If you can, then the issue is local to your computer.  Continue through the list below.
 
 
5.TURN OFF PRIVATE BROWSING MODE OR TURN OFF VPN
This is rare, but this may not allow you to login or view the videos.  Turn off Private Browsing Mode in your browser or disconnect from your VPN.
6. VIEW TEST MY COMPUTER PAGE VIDEOS
Did you try and view the TEST COMPUTER HERE videos?  If not, click on the link and view the video.  If you can't view the video, try clearing your cache again.
 
 
7. ARE YOU OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
If you are outside if the United States, you may have issues with our video host.  Please contact www.vimeo.com directly with your issue.
 
8. YOU ARE SEEING A SORRY MESSAGE IN THE SPACE WHERE THE VIDEO SHOULD BE
This is a know issue with Firefox.  This also occurs when you try to download our video code, which is not allowed.  Clear your cache or try an alternate browser.
 
9. TRY AGAIN TOMORROW
Sometimes, walking away actually works!  Take a break and try again tomorrow :-)
